Recently purchased a 2025 Forester and the service was outstanding with no pressure to buy. Justin Gordon was very attentive and knowledgeable and took the time to show my wife and I how to use various features of the vehicle. Financing was easy and very competitive with other banks.

He is there to explain each and everything that you need to know. Mike, the manager, is great for all the added support and questions. Tom, the finance manager doesn’t miss anything. He makes sure that everything you need for the best deal is there and helps you get it. Marisa and Jonathan over in the service department are two of the best at their jobs. Very customer oriented and driven to help please the customer. I will forever be a Subaru owner for the safety of the car but these individuals here will forever keep me at North End.
I worked with Mark Atkinson who was extremely helpful setting up time to go over options in different vehicles and making time for me to test drive the cars. He was courteous and efficient with no pressure placed on me to buy either model. Once I decided to buy the process was made easy by Mark Tom and Greg. Tom helped me with finances finding the best deal, and Greg took time to go over the new drivers manual as well as time to show me all the features the 2024 Subaru Cross trek Premium had to offer! I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester from North End Subaru. My experience there could not have been more positive. Everyone we encountered in the course of the purchase process was terrific, but our sales person, Justin D, was truly exceptional. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, not only in translating the inevitable “car speak” about the mechanics and perks of the vehicle we were buying, but in shepherding us through the labyrinth of particulars that is involved in any car sale. My husband suffers from Alzheimer’s, and Justin was incredibly patient and accommodating when asked the same question multiple times, or a simpler version of an explanation was required. I am grateful to him for turning an experience I was dreading, into one that I’ve been able to cheer about. Well done, Justin! I should mention that in addition to the excellent customer service, the Halloween decorations were truly exceptional.
I could not have had a better experience leasing my outback wilderness from north end. I got exactly what I was looking for in car. The whole team was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Greg was absolutely wonderful and even took the time to show me how to use a ton of the features that my new car has that I probably would’ve been lost trying to figure out on my own. I went in and met Mike the service manager right away. I told him I was looking for a 2025 Subaru outback. He directed me to Justin who made me feel very comfortable.We made a fair deal with my trade, and the professionalism and experience showed from the beginning to the end including Tom the finance guy. I brought my new red outback home and my wife loved the car and color so much she wants it, so I decided to purchase the exact car but in black for myself. Two 2025 Subaru Outback’s (premium plus) from North End Subaru in on week! So exciting!! Can you tell how satisfied I am with the service? VERY! Great experience.
The service adviser was very helpful. She did some research and found there was an extended warranty that saved us thousands of dollars. She kept us updated and was able to secure a loaner car.
